Redrafting America is organized around eleven pillars — the things a governing institution has to protect in order to last. We're assembling the founding leadership team responsible for each one.
Back to homeEvery pillar represents something the organization has to protect to remain trustworthy over time — vision, continuity, history, resources, law, community, knowledge, sustainability, integrity, innovation, and execution. Each pillar is led by a Director (or, for the four officer seats required under our Bylaws, by the President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer), who in turn oversees the specific functions listed under their department.
The organization we are building. This proposed model connects each of our Eleven Pillars to an accountable director and the departments that will ultimately carry out its mission. We are sharing it now so prospective directors can see both the scope of the vision and the thought behind it.
