Eleven Pillars. Eleven Leaders. One Mission.

Careers & Leadership

Redrafting America is organized around eleven pillars — the things a governing institution has to protect in order to last. We're assembling the founding leadership team responsible for each one.

How We're Organized

Eleven Pillars, Each With a Leader and a Department

Every pillar represents something the organization has to protect to remain trustworthy over time — vision, continuity, history, resources, law, community, knowledge, sustainability, integrity, innovation, and execution. Each pillar is led by a Director (or, for the four officer seats required under our Bylaws, by the President, Vice President, Secretary, or Treasurer), who in turn oversees the specific functions listed under their department.

Tier 1What We Protect Tier 2Who Leads Each Pillar Tier 3How We Execute the Mission
Proposed Eleven Pillars organizational model showing each pillar, its accountable officer or director, and the future department functions that support it. A complete text presentation follows for screen-reader users.

The organization we are building. This proposed model connects each of our Eleven Pillars to an accountable director and the departments that will ultimately carry out its mission. We are sharing it now so prospective directors can see both the scope of the vision and the thought behind it.

Reach Out About a Role
Where we are right now: Redrafting America is pre-launch and has not yet completed 501(c)(3) formation. Every role above is currently volunteer, founding-team territory — not a paid position with a start date. If that changes as the organization formalizes, this page will say so plainly, the same way the rest of the site marks its own status.
